I'm 17 and i'm looking for a car to call my own. My dad is sharing his volvo with me though it's not an ideal situation. I live near detroit. play jazz. dad works for american auto companies. I really dig classic cars. my price range is 10k to 17k for an already restored and $.99 to 2k for a project car. where do i start?
